Jeff was great. He was meticulous as he checked everything out in the semi-annual maintenance. I think he did the best out of all the ones before. This is concerning since I have been with this company since 2012.

After a previous issue I experienced, I was contacted by Melissa who was determined to make things right for me. She scheduled Jake who came out and gave me a thorough inspection and honest discussion about my unit. He told me about different financing options for when I am ready to purchase a new unit. There was no pressure and, when he left, I felt informed and valued as a customer. I also felt empowered to make a good decision regarding my current unit. I feel Melissa went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and Jake was extremely professional and courteous. Both of these employees are perfect examples of exemplary customer service.

Ac service found system with bad txv quoted customer
Customer is interested in 2.5 ton straight cool horizontal hanging in the garage replacement unit.
System is leaking refrigerant from the evaporator coil. I’ve submitted estimates for repair versus replace. I’ve applied today’s charges for the refrigerant to the cost of repair versus replace.
I wirer his thermostat wrong which made the unit run constantly in heat.
